Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not fully content with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. We strive to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible.
To be eligible for a return, The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@accessoriesforever.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email, phone, or through our online chat service. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted.
Damages and issues
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and personal care products such as beauty products may not be eligible for return unless they are unopened and unused. Customized or personalized items, including engraved or embroidered products, are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants are not returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. All sales items and gift cards are not returnable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise specified by the customer. In some cases, we may offer store credits or alternative compensation methods at the customer's request.
